CTSS is too high as 16 so you should admit him at nearest hospital for injectable and oxygen support and regular monitoring of oxygen level by pulse oxymeter.. Treatment should be as following
Oxygen inhalation 6-8 @lit/min by high flow mask to keep spo2 more then 91 %
Inj tazomac 4.5 gm iv tds in 100 cc NS
Ini Amikacin 500mg iv bd
Inj ivepred 16 mg iv bd
