HPT positive but feeling cramps

LMP - 18th May My pregnancy test is positive with a lighter line than control line but I am feeling similar cramps as period cramps. Also, my urge to pee has increased. Kindly suggest.

The test is positive, there is pregnancy. Maybe you have urine infection causing pain in abdomen and increased urge to urine. Get evaluated and start treatment
