  4. Hpt positive and bleeding after 5 weeks.

Hpt positive and bleeding after 5 weeks
My period is suppose to be on March 20th. I had hpt positive on March 23rd and had bleeding on April 1st. No pain but symptoms of pregnancy is gone. Had ultrasound and it showed every thing normal and No gestational sac seen. Will I still be pregnant? Or there is no change?
