After taken ecp qnd 12 days after taking ecp bleeding occur on period date with heavy flow and lasted for 4 days but with little less pain so is that my period or not ?

From your question, I understand that you are taking oral contraceptive pills. If you have taken your pills regularly without any break or irregularity. then most likely you had your periods on 10'th March. It is known that oral contraceptive pills can cause reduction in pain and the amount of bleeding.

It's absolutely normal, nothing to worry. It is ur usual period which has come on time .ECP is a emergency pill which prevents u from getting pregnant.
