How to treat breast soreness when pregnant

Hi I am 32 year old female and I am 8th month pregnant. I am aware about the changes in breast during pregnancy and have also noticed it to be heavier than before. However since few days I have felt soreness of breast. I am concerned if it is normal or is it due to something else?
