Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of sixth nerve palsy Most common cause at this age is old age, diabetes hypertension etc We usually observe for 6months for spontaneous recovery Meanwhile you may start tab.  Neurobion forte once daily You may also use ground glass for one eye to avoid diplopia Having said that, it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
