How to rule out mucormycosis?

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Or any other fungal infection? I recovered from a mild case of COVID 2 months ago. For the last 4 days I have had a sore throat, fatigue, body aches and low fever (malaise). A local doctor prescribed Azithromycin and now my throat issue has reduced. But this morning I woke up with a bad headache and I feel very weak, so I'm worried.
