Hello good evening !! I am glad that you are aware of side effects of screen time !since childhood you can inculcate healthy habits so that it will not have hazardous effect on health! Watching tv while eating is one of the unhealthy habit. And try to avoid it . Encourage family pot feeding at home . So that child will learn to eat with everyone. It also helps child to eat on its own . Talk to your parents about this im sure they will understand once they get to know about side effects of tv mobile . ! Ignore the tantrum thrown by your child , once he know that tantrum are not going to work he will stop throwing! Keep time limit for tv , eating food , playing , sitting activity . You need to be very firm and consistent . Then only the habits will set .
Next Steps
Family involvement is very important if everyone has a schedule and limits on screen time then it will be more easy .
Health Tips
30 min screen is enough for child .
