How to postpone irregular periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have not got my periods since 45 days And i am getting married in 5 days and we are also going for honeymoon trip for 7 days but i dont want to be on periods while on honeymoon And my periods are irregular so i dont know my periods date...so in this case how i can delay my periods
