Two months ago I ate Sugarcane Juice, I noticed that the seller have bleeding wound on his nail, I don't know he is HIV virus affected or not, few second after I ate the Juice , it's possible to transfer hiv virus.

There are too less chances, You cannot get HIV by eating food with blood on it. HIV in the blood does not survive long outside the body. The time the blood would spend in contact with the mucous membranes in the mouth is minimal, if at all, when consumed with food.
