Hi dear dr .. iam 34 years old .. ism pregnant in second trimesters stage ( 24 weeks ) ..today i do following test
PCV 29 hemoglobin 9.7 g/dl
serum Iron 110 microgram/dl
vit D3 32 -- vit B12 205 ... Ferritin 37
General Urine Exam.. normal ( protein negative )
i use Erytosav H capsul daily..
White blood cells 12000

Note) for more information i have carrier of Beta thalassmia trait

You need to keep track of you hemoglobin by doing cbc monthly. continue iron capsules once daily and also you need to arrange someone who can donate blood for you, may require during delivery or you may need transfusion before delivery if your HB goes down( less than 7)
