It's autoimmune disease,there are some test like c protein, RA Factor,S uric acid etc but not gold standard.Arthritis in ayurveda describe as Gathiya bau thats a broadspectrum . Ayurved medicine and panvhkarma have good result and can cure it.Avoid Dahi,chach,khate chijen.
