Dear mam Last two month i am not having periods so i eat more pineapple and pappaya after no use so I checked pregnancy test , yes i am pregnant after that that that night i have too much pain on legs and stomach and a clot of blood removed through vajaina , and also next day i eat a medicine for periods that nyt also having too much bleeding What will i do I need to remove the unsecured preganance
