I am a 45-year old female who has been facing muscle spasm, difficulty in climbing stairs along with weakness in my bones and muscles. I researched a bit online and am worried to know that these could be the symptoms of osteopenia. I am looking forward to an expert’s advice so can someone tell me how serious is osteopenia pain?

If you ask Dr Google, you have 1000 of diagnosis for each symptoms and you diagnose what you like or you feel like. You study and practise 8-10 yrs only to correctly diagnose and treat. That apart, osteopenia may not have any symptoms and diagnosed only after fracture post menopause or you do bone scan or diagnosed incidentally on Xray. It might be just weight gain also. So please consult a good specialist.
