How often we should try for baby
I had my periods on 25 april this month ,ending today ,
Last month I had on 24 march (5 days period length)
Mostly i have 30-32 days long menstrual cycle
Now would you please help me how often we should try this month to conceive ..?

Having regular intercourse , at least two to three times a week is adviced. The chances of becoming pregnant is high during ovulation time’.. which will be between day 12 - day 21 of your periods.

Hi. In a 32 day cycle chances of ovulation are on day 16. So if you try from day 12to day 20 on alternate days , it should help you . Start tab folic acid 5 mg daily.
