How much milk or calcium tablet
My baby is 10 months old, after nipple confusion from 4 month. He stopped feeding directly. And since i dint have time to pump. Now my milk slowly decreased. Currently i pump once i got mostly 30 ml milk from two side. Im taking shell call hd once daily, plus i drink two times milk Is there a need to drink two glass milk or calcium tablets?? As im not pumping much, and less milk. Can i just drink one cup milk once is it enough???
