How many Chances of conceiving

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Through an ultrasound report i found that In my left ovary there is a largest follicle of 15.5×11mm and 12.5×10mm on 14th day of my period and on 16th day it is only of 13.5×10mm with no free fluid seen so i want to know 1. is there any chance of pregnancy or 2.have i already conceived as the size decreases of folicle

Means follicle has ruptured that is the reason size of follicle has reduced.Sone times free fluid is very less and not visible in ultrasonography.Wait and watch and do pregnancy test by blood on 25 th day of period.
