How long do anal fissures bleed

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi, I got an anal fissure on the 12th of this month and it's still bleeding. The bleeding and the pain has reduced considerably but it's still there. Its been 13 days so far. How longer will it bleed and what can I do? Right now I'm taking daflon 500mg and duphalac syrup and isabgol powder. Thank you
