How i know my gf is pregnant or not

My gf is pregnant for 51 days ans i use unwanted kit.mifepristone first and after 32 hour i gave misoprostal 2 by mouth 2 by vagina and after 3 hours she can bleed heavily and pain n cramp and passes blood clot tissue type and and next day bleeding is normal type and blood comes with white discharge without smel. and blood comes slowly is it normal or any problm. its is sign of complet abortion. plz tel me. how can i know that abortion is complet successfully plz tel me sign and symptoms
