How I casolve my irregular periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I went to Dr vidya.. I want to ask that today is my 28th day and last month it stayed for 25th day.. how I can do my periods regular with the help of only medicines. And can go for my trip for 7 days?? Can I do dance ?? And walk regularly ??? I am going to attach Scaaning Report and prescription as well. And all my blood tests are normal..
