How do I know if BABY is OK

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, this is my first time pregnancy. I am 21 w pregnant now. Last week had anatomy scan and it was ok. Since I am a working woman, I need to travel sometimes 60km to my office by car. I feel panicked every time after travel whether the baby is ok. Roads to my workplace aren't all smooth, you know Indian roads right! So I need to confirm whether the fetal heart rate is going on, or the baby is ok, and I get very tensed with it since baby Didn't start moving yet I guess. PLEASE SUGGEST ME EQUIPMENT or WAYS THAT I CAN USE PERSONALLY TO UNDERSTAND/know IF FHR is ok, since it gives some relief. Please
