How can i gain weight

Hello Doctor, I am a 20-year-old female. I have had a chronic cough with is clear and sticky for about 2 years. I have low appetite and unintentional weight loss of about 5–6 kg. I also have dry, scaly skin and dandruff, white patches on my tongue, red pimples/bumps on my tongue, and ongoing stomach/digestive issues,and i have heavy period as well as aneamia. I have not had fever, night sweats, or blood in cough. I am concerned and would like a proper evaluation and guidance on necessary tests and treatment. Thank you.
