How can gain weight a diabetic patient?
I am a diabetic patient. Today I check my sugar after food. My sugar level 470mg. Before 4 months my weight was 68 now my weight 54. How can I control sugar and gain weight?

see a diabetologist first.obviously your sugar is uncontrolled and thats why you are loosing weight.once your diabetes is control weight will start increasing.always provide medication history ,if you want a proper advise.with bits and piece,its impossible to give any suggestion.
