How are test preformed?
When in L&D do hospitals do a drug test by dipstick or is it sent to a lab? Also what other test are preformed and how? By dipstick or gc?

It's difficult to comment I prefer to send samples to the doctor I am aware of and I am sure that the Reports are signed by doctors and stamped with registration number It makes doctors accountable to patients on one to one basis

don't depend upon labs doing 51 tests @999/- it's not possible

don't be greedy to go to collection center at places like grocery store! reports can be faulty because transportation of samples takes time
