It totally depends on your comfort level... staying active during pregnancy improves chances of normal delivery....it also helps in post delivery recovery... however avoid doing strenuous work. Take care

Avoid lifting heavy objects ,also staying active during pregnancy is advisable if you do not have any bad obstetric history,also it depends on your comfort level ,so do work accordingly
