I am 24 year old boys but I am looking a child because less of facial hair in my face. My testies lenght is so small as compared to other normal boys. I was started my treatment with endocrinologist doctor but no any improvement in my condition

If you have Testosterone deficiency, you will definitely get result with testosterone therapy. But it will need some time and it will be lifelong therapy. If you have partial androgen insensitivity syndrome, then you may not get good result with testosterone. So, first of all the diagnosis needs to be clear. Then only further treatment can be decided.
