I'm 24 yrs married.i have irregularmenses.consulted a doctor.she adviced to chech ANTI Sperm antibodies,anti mullerian hormone and prolactin.My ANTI SPERM ANTIBODY-1.6mU/100microliter,AMH-28.22pmol/L and prolactin-37.96ng/ml.I have any fertility problem?please give your valuable opinion.

If you have irregular cycles you are not ovulating regularly and need to see specialist to be started on ovulation induction tablets to help to make you ovulate so that you have a chance of pregnancy
