Hormonal imbalance
Did an ultrasound 2 years ago and thyroid chk up it was normal but I had 4 months of scanty periods coz I was not eating enough and burning calories then I started eating proper and got my periods next month then after 2 years I did hormonal tests on my 5th day of period coz I had longer cycles 35 days 36 days turns out I had borderline testosterone and AMH8.72, LH hormone 14.8 , Normal FSH ,PRL normal ,E2 normal ,thyroid normal No acne no facial hair no weight gain Iam 54 kgs 5.4 height I also don't consume sugar and eat junk but I do get a lot of mood swings stress can be the major factor I can sense that I get upset over very stupid things what should I do I should go for another ultrasound is this PCOS
