My son HB level is 6.4.He sometimes do vomiting . What to do ? All blood related test have been done but not found anything. He is physically active Please suggest some medications

Have you done Heamoglobin electrophoresis and iron studies? stool for routine and microscopy test? If all is well please consult your pediatrician for starting iron supplements for 6month to year . Hemoglobin need to improve till 10 atleast.
