My Body becomes very weak. If I hold my hand in Up position for just 3 min. Getting pain. And having sunken eye problem and dark circles. So I bought protein x. Will it be useful resolving my issues. Or any other way to cure these problems

there might be  nutritional deficiency. please have nutritious diet e.g..sprouts, milk, butter,curd,deals,and if like  can take egg and  meat etc. only proteinex  will  not do.
