  4. HIV Testing. Be hiv negative after all?

I have done the CMIA/ECLIA Test twice on the 7th & 15th day after last exposure to protected sex and unprotected oral sex. Both tests are non reactive. But I am diagnised with genital herpes for which I am prescribed Zovirax 800mg. 5times a day for 7days and also suffering from nasal & chest congestion. Can I be HIV negative after all?
