HIV test related problem. Need any test.

I have unprotected oral sex while injecting my pennis to a married lady...whose status is unknown on oct 2020..then I got married on 04 dec 2020 and I had sex with my wife..after her pregnancy confirmation on 15 feb 2020 we stopped sex and tested for hiv on 01 march 2021 and 02 march 2021 For my wife she tested in govt hospital and her status is negative.. and I tested in private sector for hiv 1 and 2 under rapid method and my status is negative.. And 15.04.2021 again I checked my hiv status under hiv 1 and 2 with p24 antige under cmia method that also came negative. And 08.06.2021 checked under hiv 1 and 2 antibodies under eclia method.. that also came negative.. so can I take my results negative and do I need any test..
