Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hello Doctor I did 3 time unprotected sex and I went doctor after 110 days later and all came back negative after that test 1 month later I did sex but I used condom and as I saw condom was OK and good quality it didn't burst and after that I went hiv test again 86 day later and test name was Anti hiv Ad/Ag test and all std and hiv test came back negative also doctor checked my liver etc to see is there any virus or problem but all came back negative and clear I want to ask Do I need one test?
