Hiv test conclusiveness

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had oral sex with a guy in mid week of september 2018. I tested for hiv 6 weeks later which turned out to be non reactive. Again i tested for hiv 1 and 2 antibodies using recombinant p24 antigen method by eclia method after 13 weeks and 5 days. The results were again negative (0.12, which marker for positive being >0.9). Do i need to test again, or is this test sufficient??
