Hiv test and problem

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had unprotected sexual encounter and it has been 140 days 20 weeks and I took Dr lal pathlabs hiv duo test my p24 level was 0.15 and it was negative but not only hiv test I had tested full STD panal .But I feel some swelling in my neck so should I test again after 6 months or it is conclusive test because it has done after 3 months window period
