  4. Hiv test after 12 months. For pcr test?

Hiv test after 12 months
I did hiv Elisa test after 1 year of exposure ( unprotected sex with prostitute) my result is negative but my doctor said Elisa test is useless nowadays and told to do PCR Test. Should I go for PCR test? Or Elisa test was enough as other doc told me it is conclusive, please help.
