Sir. I had sex with a unknown girl, I used condom, after intercourse I saw a cut on my finger. But I can't say fluid of her, touched the cut or not. After 54 days I tested for HIV duo combo anti body , p24 antigen. And result was negative. So is this fully confirmed or do I need further test?

The HIV 1 and HIV 2 reports are negative on day 54. But for 100% assurance you should get another test done at the end of three months. If that is also negative then you are 100% safe.
