Hiv scared. Are those ars symptoms?

Here is the deal, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend 4,5 times last month. She is the only one I've ever had sex with but before me she had other partners. 2 days after the act I started to feel burning while urination. After 3 weeks, got 4 ulcers in my mouth, Which went away in 3 days. But suffered from mild fever , sore throat, heavy head, weakness, NO RASHESS. As I got scared up and I'm in the window period and my gf is not I asked my gf to go for STD test. HIV, Chlamydia, gonn, syphilis, hepatitis everything came back negative. But she found out that she has genital warts and cervititis. I also went for 4 weeks hsv igg and igm type 1 and 2 test came back negative. I had mild fever for 1 week and now it's gone. Doctor said it's just UTI but my CBC and urine showed nothing. I'm feeling better right now. But I just wanna ask would it be possible that i contracted an STD, even though my gf reports came back negative.?? Are those ars symptoms??
