There is no correlation between masturbation and acquiring a fungal infection or HIV/ AIDS. HIV spreads primarily through sexual contact or infected blood and mucosa, hence using barrier protection such as condoms are a must if partner status is not known. Fungal infection must be thoroughly treated for an adequate period of time because it tends to recur
