Hiv related issues. Then what's wrong?

Hi doctor I'd a safe sex 35 days ago with a prostitute (condom didn't broke ) what i did with her was smooched her,fingered her vaginal tract.right from the 4th day i got sore throat (still having it),peanut sized lymphnode(not sure it got swollen or not but left and right lymphnodes under tonsils i can feel them),fever(98.8 and 99.2 ish),heavy cold(no cough,nose blocked,runny nose),fluid filled blisters in mouth(recurring and healing so far got 6 from 10th day),three-four pimple like things without pus on around an eye(i never got pimples),most importantly white patchy tongue(my tongue used to be reddish earlier) and dry mouth these were all the symptoms from initial i was suspecting hiv for the i did antibody test(ictc govt dot immunoassay test) on 9th day got negative, did complete andrology profile on 20th day got everything negative except cmv(reactive) attached the report of it and after several sleepless nights did hiv1rnapcr test got undetectable on 32nd day then what's wrong?
