Asked for Male, 40 Years

I had a nude body to body massage 7 weeks before with no intercourse or kissing or Orals but a hand job at the last. Will i get hiv. I am very much worried if i got hiv. I am in anxiety from last 7 weeks. I sore throat now with no pain in swallowing. Is it due to anxiety. I am in stress. Please suggest should i do hiv test. Please guide.
