On 12 December 2019 my friend had unprotected oral sex (deep lip smooch, next morning he feeling a very light swelling, breast sucking, 1 or 2 drop liquid may came in mouth but not sure about that as he didn't feel that and got blow job, she licked his penis for around 3 to 4 minute) and protected vaginal sex with a female sex worker.
Around after 4 months of exposure
Dated on
9 April 2020 HIV screening test result is negative
12 April 2020 western blot test is non reactive.
Does he need further test or same is conclusive?

All are negative. Do not worry. Still, to be more sure, do another test in June (6 months after exposure).
