HIV related. Or due to hiv infection?

35 Male,no sex till date only solo masturbation, sometimes rubbed my penis to walls,tiles to clean it,no oral sex,no hepatitis and TB,mild white reddish spots on penis,not sexually active and mild white spots on lips with mild occasional pain and uneasiness in left armpit,left side of neck and left groin area,dry mouth and dehydration since 1 month because i have kidney disease,my semen is light greenish yellowish in colour,is it normal,lost 6 kgs weight without workout, here i am not eating property since more than a month, loosing weight because of not eating or HIV infection,i could eat food but lost appetite, doctors says i have severe anxiety, am i at risk of HIV, should i go for a test, please advise, Am i developing symptoms being anxious or due to HIV infection?
