Sir, I had sex with a commercial sex worker, I kissed her during sex, she has pimples ( may be open) I had bitten my lower lip just an hour ago, while I was chewing my food. Am I at risk of HIV? Please reply me.

Unlikely....bcoz a lip bleeding must have stopped within one hour and kissing on cheek is less possible to spread HIV. However you need to undergo screening test after 3 months of exposure.
