My friend has HIV from 10 years he is on medication from 10 years every 6 months he get checkup last month he was having 690 harmons this time he has 490 harmons ...doc said harmons must b between 410 to 1600 ...so what to do please say sir is it any risk

It is not hormones. It is CD4 count which is our immunity cells where basically HIV attacks. It weakens ones immune system and get him prone to have other diseases. So CD4 count btw 400-1600 is a good way to prevent it to happen. Sometimes during the regime it can fall. Don’t worry that much your doctor must have noted it and it can go up as well.
