Sexual activity carry risk of HIV. But if protection was used transmission would not have occured. To be fully sure get HIV test done after 6 weeks and 3 months.

YESNO
Any sexual activity with an unknown/promiscuous partner is considered high risk activity for transmission of diseases like HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, chlamydia, etc. However, for a transmission to happen, either of the partners first needs to be infected with the disease, and the concentration of the pathogen in the semen, or vaginal fluids needs to be significant. I agree that there's no way of knowing that, unless the partner is upfront and honest about his/her diagnosis.
Also, male condom has an efficacy of around 98%, which means, even if used correctly, around 2% condoms carry a risk of failure, and possible transmission of sexually transmitted infections and/or pregnancy.
I would recommend discretion and restraint when it comes to activities where a potential transmission of infection of any kind is involved.
Next Steps
A 4th generation assay with p24 antigen should be done 90 days after the exposure, along with hepatitis B surface antigen, and anti hepatitis C antibodies test to conclusively rule out transmission

What do u mean by risky activity? If u have done intercourse with protection, then there is no chance. HIV is transmitted through HIV infected person by sexual route. Sex worker comes in high risk category. If u have not done anything then nothing to worry.
Don’t be panic or have fear.
