  4. Hiv cmia test related. Pls tell me sir.

Some one said that hiv per ab/ag test reliable only after exposure 4 week to 3 month after that around 7 month p24 antigen not appear sufficient level that is troo. I am take hiv cmia test after exposure 7 month this is not reactive .this is reliable or not pls tell me sir.
