I had unprotected sex with 5-6 girls before i met my wife in 2021. I got married in 2021 and had unprotected sex only with my wife. My wife got pregnant twice in 2022 and 2023, she terminated her first pregnancy in 2022. She is now 7 months pregnant and has tested HIV negative twice during her current pregnancy. My question is that my wife being HIV negative makes it likely that i am HIV negative as well and didn't get HIV from unprotected sex with girls before meeting my wife.
