HIV Antibody Report Explanation

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Could you please help me understand the attached report by CLIA method. The result says 'non-reactive' but the value .279 is above non reactive range. Never had sexual intercourse but had 2-3 time oral sex last year. The test was part of master health checkup. Note: Reposting the question with additional details.
