HIV 4th gen Assay test

Asked for Male, 27 Years

After 10 weeks(70days) of unprotected sex with a paid girl my 4th generation HIV assay test is Non Reactive from SRL lab. How much I m safe from HIV after 90 days????? Is there any chance that HIV test may come positive after 90 days???? Can we find this report of SRL lab after 70 days be reliable??? My report after 70 days is attached...
